Through out the whole process we were given regular updates on parts availability and parts fitment dates and also job progression. The customer service we received by Darryn and his team we of high quality. The attention to detail of our car was amazing. I will always be recommending A&L smash repairs to friends and family for their repairs from now on.

The colour match came up immaculate, being black with a blue pearl I was sceptical beforehand! They told me they'd need the car for a fortnight, and had it back to me early. They assisted me with picking up and dropping off my rental car that my insurance organised, not leaving me on foot at all. Easy to talk to and deal with, will be back for any future work I need done.

From my initial call through to final delivery of the vehicle, this team was courteous, caring and only to happy to help in every way. The repairs carried out are so well done, a trained eye could only ever tell this vehicle had been damaged. If and when the need to have repairs carried out to any of my vehicles arises, I will most definitely use these guys again. Job well done.
