  I Purchased a honda hru216m3 from this company a couple months back and have since used it a couple of times (personal preference to a ride on )-anyhow on using it a day ago I found the rear wheel drive engagement to be a bit noisey. I then removed one of the wheels to have a look and -hey presto-the pawl ratchet drives were totally dry. Which indicates no lube was applied to the Pawls,pins and shafts on assembly either by Honda at assembly time or the supplying agent before handing the item over to me post purchase. Either way this is apalling and would have lead to premature mechanical failure of these components.

  No not recommend spending any money with them, gave them multiple chance and they are rude, overpriced and should not be in business. Zero support for warranty repairs. When went to book in rudely asked if I had booked in, when reply no then to be told that will be a month, Had no issue as mower was broken. Then get told not warranty with out even contacting manufacturer. NEVER Going back and will share my experience!!! Wish I could rate 0 stars.

  Went in to buy a new mower. All ready had it picked out. Stood on the showroom floor looking at it waiting for a salesperson for about 10 minutes. Eventually went to the counter and watched others get served first. I really want to support local but I knew they had the same mower at Bunnings so I left and went there instead. Pretty disappointed.

  Up there if not the worst service in mackay. Took lawnmower in for part to be replaced. Sat in the shop for a couple of months. Nothing done to it. Picked it up took to another mower shop. Thought it could be a 1 incident. Took chainsaw in for new fuel line. Took months came back with bad bar oil leak and won't start. Called to discuss issue, was told that I was the problem.
  
  Only just reading reviews now and it looks like bad service all round.
  Steer clear of this mob.
  
  Have found Jak outdoor power centre to be great to deal with if anyone is looking for any gear or servicing.

  Should have listened to all their bad reviews before taking our money to this company. Bought a brand new ride on from them in May 2023, mower was delivered to us with a flat battery. Rung them to notify of this and they said “oh yeah it’s just a little flat from being on the show room floor just plug it in and she will be right”. Plugged in after every use, and the battery is now completely dead won’t even charge. They advised us it’s not under warranty and we would have to buy a new one after just forking out $1000s of dollars for the mower ?!?! Was told if I wanted to speak to the manager I’d have to wait until he came back from his 3 week holiday

  Disappointing experience, very dodgy disgruntled employees. Gave me the wrong products with the chainsaw I bought and didn't seem to know very much about it. had to shop around afterwards at other places for oil, ppe, file guide and was given the wrong starter pack, I'm not even sure I was given everything. The chick who served me didn't seem to care about her job at all and I suffered for it. It's my first chainsaw we got to start somewhere. Also they didn't even tell me about extended warranty from buying recommended oils etc.. One star thank you very much.
